Dr. Osunsade reads studies from different imaging modalities (CT, XR, US, MR, NM); as well as performs a variety of imaging-guided procedures such as embolizations, biopsies, drainages, and vascular access. With a specific interest and unique training in the field of Interventional Oncology, he has been repeatedly named a TopDoc due his high quality clinical care combined with his compassion and professionalism. Dr. Osunsade obtained his undergraduate and medical degrees from the George Washington University in 2012. He completed general surgery internship at the Medstar Washington Hospital Center in 2013, diagnostic radiology residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in 2017, and vascular/interventional radiology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in 2018.
A diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with dual board-certifications in interventional and diagnostic radiology, Dr. Osunsade is also a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and has multiple publications, including a presentation at an SIR annual meeting. Dr. Osunsade is a native-born Washingtonian of Nigerian and Filipino descent. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys traveling, and leisurely activities with family/friends.
