Dr. Haitham Alsahli

Dr. Haitham Alsahli, MD, MBA, is an accomplished radiologist and musculoskeletal imaging specialist with over 21 years of clinical experience across the United States. He completed his medical degree at the University of Damascus in Syria in 2004, followed by general surgery residencies at St. John Hospital in Detroit and Nassau University Medical Center in New York. Dr. Alsahli further honed his expertise with a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Oklahoma in 2018 and culminated his training with a prestigious musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at the University of Michigan in 2019.

Board-certified by the American Board of Radiology, Dr. Alsahli is highly ranked both locally and nationally for diagnostic radiology, with primary clinical interests in bone and musculoskeletal imaging. His career includes hospital affiliations at Henry Ford Hospitals and the University of Michigan Medical Center, where he is recognized for his leadership in emergency and tele-radiology settings. Dr. Alsahli’s global perspective, combined with skills in healthcare administration and informatics, highlights his commitment to innovative, patient-centered care within complex hospital networks.

Dr. Hisham Alwakkaa

Dr. Hisham Alwakkaa is a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with 19 years of international and U.S. experience, highly regarded for his expertise in advanced MRI, CT, ultrasound, and pediatric radiology. He received his medical degree from Aleppo University in Syria in 2006 and completed his radiology residency there before expanding his training in the United States. Dr. Alwakkaa undertook a pediatric radiology fellowship at John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, NY (2018) and a diagnostic radiology residency at Quinnipiac University/St. Vincent’s Medical Center (2023), with an additional research internship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX. He is currently affiliated with Henry Ford St. John Hospital, practicing in Michigan and Illinois.

He has contributed numerous peer-reviewed publications and case reports, especially in pediatric and abdominal radiology. Prior to his U.S. career, Dr. Alwakkaa served with Alhabib Medical Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a general radiologist. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling, soccer, and reading, reflecting a diverse range of interests that enrich his dedication to holistic patient care.

Dr. Olalesi Osunsade

Dr. Osunsade reads studies from different imaging modalities (CT, XR, US, MR, NM); as well as performs a variety of imaging-guided procedures such as embolizations, biopsies, drainages, and vascular access. With a specific interest and unique training in the field of Interventional Oncology, he has been repeatedly named a TopDoc due his high quality clinical care combined with his compassion and professionalism. Dr. Osunsade obtained his undergraduate and medical degrees from the George Washington University in 2012. He completed general surgery internship at the Medstar Washington Hospital Center in 2013, diagnostic radiology residency at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in 2017, and vascular/interventional radiology fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital in 2018.

A diplomate of the American Board of Radiology with dual board-certifications in interventional and diagnostic radiology, Dr. Osunsade is also a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology and has multiple publications, including a presentation at an SIR annual meeting. Dr. Osunsade is a native-born Washingtonian of Nigerian and Filipino descent. Outside of work, he is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoys traveling, and leisurely activities with family/friends.

Dr. Qasim Rao

Dr. Qasim Rao is a highly experienced diagnostic radiologist with over 14 years in private practice, specializing in whole body imaging using modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and nuclear medicine. He obtained his medical degree from King Edward Medical University in 2001 and completed an internal medicine internship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, before his residency in diagnostic radiology at Bridgeport Hospital in Connecticut, completed in 2010. Dr. Rao went on to undertake a fellowship in whole body MRI at the University of Maryland Medical Center in 2011.

Dr. Rao is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and is known for his clinical skill in evaluating a broad range of complex cases, with expertise in MRI, CT, nuclear medicine (including PET), and interventional studies. He is currently affiliated with several hospitals in Virginia and Michigan, including Clinch Valley Medical Center and Henry Ford Health, where his special focus is on patient-centered, safe, and detailed diagnostic reporting. Dr. Rao is also experienced in advanced and chronic disease diagnostics, having received recognition for his contributions to the field.

Dr. Mahmoud Zahra

Dr. Mahmoud Zahra is a diagnostic and interventional radiologist with over 25 years of medical experience. He graduated from Damascus University Faculty of Medicine in 1996 and completed residencies and fellowships at prestigious institutions including St. Vincent Medical Center (Diagnostic Radiology, CT, 2017), Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (Pediatric Interventional Radiology, 2014), Women and Children Hospital of Buffalo (Pediatric Radiology, 2013), Thomas Jefferson University (Pediatric Radiology, 2012), and Jackson Memorial Hospital (Vascular and Interventional Radiology, 2011).

Dr. Zahra serves as Secretary of Southtowns Radiology and practices interventional radiology, performing procedures at Catholic Health hospitals such as Mercy Hospital of Buffalo and the Sisters of Charity Hospital. He has hospital privileges at Henry Ford St. John Hospital and other Henry Ford facilities. Known for his professionalism and expertise, he speaks English and is actively involved in patient care in Michigan and New York areas.
